I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was very formal and professional. They asked questions that were specific to the job and not random. It went really quick, I did have to meet with multiple level managers before being give an offer.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had multiple assignments with the same due date and how you managed your time.
Video interview followed by a phone interview (a conversation). Not everyone has to do the phone one, depends on the manager that watched your video. They are pretty friendly in person. The actual first interview was through an AI powered software.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
There were multiple interviews in the Target interview process. The people were friendly. The questions were reasonable. The process took too long so I withdrew my application. 30 word requirement is too long.
