I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in May 2014
Interview
3 step interview process. First a math test while you wait for interview to begin. Then one interview followed by another. Same day Interviews though. They now just ask questions from a paper they follow and wait for them to write the answer down to ask for another. Both interviers will ask almost the same questions just different wording.
(Tbh I feel I did not get the job because I had a cough I was just getting over being sick , yet I still went in like that. Also their computer was not working to do the math test so I was given a paper version and didn't have enough time to answer the 30 questions. It wasn't my fault they took my first 15 minutes trying to get me a paper copy -_-)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was more of questions about situations at work. You know like the type of "Tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a co worker and what was the outcome?"
I prepared for a week and wasn't even asked for other regular interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
Laid back and not too stressful. I came prepared to answer questions that I wasn't asked but I was a lot less nervous than I thought I'd be. Overall I'd say it was a good experience
