Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. After I applied, I was sent an email that I was being considered for the position, then a couple days later I was sent the link to do a virtual interview.

Q: What was a time that you had to work with a coworker to solve a problem.
You just need to do a video interview answering about 6 or 7 questions. You get a total of 3 tries per question. Questions are pretty easy, and mostly about how you handle certain situations and expeirence.

Name a time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
Great interview, they did a good job of asking questions and providing me important information about the job as well. It was also over the phone which was easy and they got back to me quick as well.
Email webcam recorded interview. Super easy and multiple chances to record answers. They give you two days to complete the recorded interview from when the link is sent. The link is sent relatively fast after you apply if you are selected.
