Phone call with a recruiter (30 minutes) and a singular interview with a full-time Inventory Analyst (30 minutes). It was very straightforward using the STAR interview method. A handful of behavioral questions and a handful of generic-questions. Be yourself and you'll be fine.

First applied on their website, then they had a "Target Day" where you do a case study with other candidates and employees share a company overview. Then I had a final interview with the hiring manager before I got my offer.
