I have very simple questions about myself, the hours that I can work, and going over the job tasks. Was a phone interview than followed by an in-person interview which was more the same thing, make sure you very professional and honest and have something to say about your work experience and your future opportunities.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What hours was I free? Was I in school? Was I employed already? Did I have any other work experience? How can I handle providing consumer service? etc.
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
