The interview process is couple hours long, paid process where you are invited to come to the store and go through a basic orientation then see the behind the scenes of the store followed by a 1 on 1 interview with a leader.

Are you comfortable greeting people as they come in the store?
Applying process was simple. Interview took about 30 minutes but pretty basic questions. I think they only asked about 2 questions and then toured the store offered same day. Would recommend

Interview
First HR interviews you and then depending on how your interview goes the team leader of the department will interview you. For me I got a lot of questions asked by the HR person then she left and said she might come back or another person will come.
