Easier to get an interview if you had someone refer you. For me personally I did so the process was smoother. 2 interviews on the same day with a team lead and a ETL

Why should we hire you? Tell me about yourself. How did you overcome a challenge?
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
