Interview
I was asked a series of questions relating to my tasks at the store. And my capabilities in executing those tasks. I gave a number of examples whereby I showed leadership like qualities in my other roles.

Question 1
Asked me if there had ever been a situation that arose in store that wasn’t part of my training and how I successfully dealt with the issue.
Someone from he called to ask a few questions then set up an interview. Interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. Asked lots of questions about specific times/situations that would demonstrate how I’d be in the role.
