I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Jun 2017
Interview
I was an internal hire but you meet with the store manager and the executive team lead for assets protection. A lot of the questions have to do with guest interactions so if you haven’t any retail experience it might be difficult. After the interview you wait about a week to be told whether you got the position or not after the hiring staff collaborates on you. If you hire internally you get lots of support from your manager.

Question 1

Average they asked the standard questions that you would expect in a interview. Had to interview with 3 different individuals. Including a manager, director of department
And someone in Human Resources.department.
You have to record some videos answering some questions about your experiences and how they could translate to the position. After that, if approved, a recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager at the store. Super simple!
