I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Target (Fort Wayne, IN) in Nov 2019
Interview
The hiring process is not thorough enough to warrant a full-time job at the location. The truth is that they hire a lot of young people still in college but not beyond. I was impressed with their ability to handle gender issues, by employing a young Afro woman to manager, but her handle on the actual work was poor. And, she was the one who decided not to hire me permanently. So, there is some favoritism towards ethnicities.
i filled out the application and received a virtual interview offer shortly after. i was then called a few days later and offered a position on the electronics team despite that not being what i applied for. accepted anyway
It was a fairly standard interview process, where they asked you questions about yourself. They also gauged how much you knew about tech, since you would be aiding people buying electronic devices.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Rancho San Diego, CA)
Interview
Fill out the on-line form and got called for an interview. They sit you down and ask easy enough questions. This was at this point many years ago. Glassdoor just makes you do a review to see things and this one is neutral enough.
