They email you a conditional offer, which then you have to take a mandatory drug test within 24 hours of it. In the interview they go over the basic functions of the job. Asks basic interview questions along with some experience scenario questions.

The phone interviews were extensive and the people I talked to were very pleasant. However, when I was ultimately passed over for the job target refused to give any further correspondence of feedback to aid in future job hunts
