I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2019
Interview
Initial contact was a phone conversation with a recruiter. Very easygoing chat, mainly asking questions related to resume and why I was interested in the role with Target. After first round, had a second round onsite at the Minneapolis HQ where I met with three different pairs of team members. All questions were STAR based. Left plenty of time for personal questions as well.

Question 1
All questions for the in-person process were STAR based.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
