Interview
Interview took about 3 hours. They are very thorough and you can tell they are picky about who they hire. I felt very comfortable and wasn't nervous at all. The interview was more of a way for them to get to know you instead of a test. The people interviewing were very friendly and fun to talk to.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
