The interview was very comprehensive and was geared more towards a behavioral-style interview. Questions were asked in a situational-sense, i.e, "Tell us about a time when you showed leadership." Overall, it was painless.

First telephonic interview with HR basic questions, next behavioral questions with HR. You pass the both you get an in person interview behavioral based. The decision was quick and they were moving forward with the process quickly. Competitive Interview. Rejection Email was sent the following business day. But the HR and the Interviewers were really friendly.
