I filled out a app online. They called me in for a interview. The process took almost 4 hours. They gave me two standard interviews. They asked normal interview question. If you have the job you would know immediately. They will give you a paper to go take a drug test thats right up the street.

All the questions were just like any other interview questions. Nothing hard
All applicants are required to submit a video which shows them answering questions. Recordings are timed and you only have so many attempts to submit. Most of the questions are not relevant and will more be personality/situational and general retail questions.

Actually, it's pretty good! You can Google the questions ahead of time. They are the same at every location. They usually hire you on the spot. Otherwise, just smile and you will be fine.

Interview was easy. They have you record yourself answering 3 questions and then reach out to you within 2-10 days. Then you schedule an in person interview with them. I got offered the job, basically onsite, but declined because low salary rate.
