I applied online & received a call for an interview two weeks. I had two interviews that asked about retail experience, I answered the questions the best I could & honestly. The look on the last interviewer face was not so good, she looked annoyed and confused about my response to conflict with a difficult customer.

Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
