It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Must pass an online assessment test. When you finish they call you to set up an interview with the STL and ETL of the store. After that they call u back a few days to let you know if your hired or not. Fast process because I got hired as a seasonal worker.
Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.
