I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Target (Newton, NC)
Interview
The interview process was very enjoyable. I was recruited at a college event and scheduled an interview on campus. Afterward, I was told that I was requested to interview at the DC in Newton, NC. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had a tour of the DC and learned more about the company. I met the head of the DC in a get to know you kind of way. I then was interview by two employees. All the questions where "tell me a time...". They did ask for details on your resume and all your example. I was called the next day asking how I felt the interview went. I said I thought it went well and they said Target thought so too. I was offered the position the day after my interview. I did not accept the offer because it was not an ideal location or industry for me. Overall, the interview process made me love Target more and I still hope to keep a positive relationship with the company.
