Interview
Interview process was not too vigorous, it was very professional as I did dress accordingly to the professional interview which i thought made a difference in Target hiring me. Everything ran smoothly from there, after working for Target I soon realized that I would be better off trying to work for upper management.
I spent a long time trying to find a job and i thought target would be an easy choice for someone with at least a little experience but turns out im one of many and experience is often not as important as availability

Availability is important followed by experience I think
The interview was quick and they hired on the spot. Only talked to one person and the asked very easy questions. They'll make you wait in another room to hear your results.

Interview
Basic questions on how you interact with others followed by an easy math test. The process was pretty darn quick and I knew from the get go if I was getting offered a seasonal or full time job.
