I spent a long time trying to find a job and i thought target would be an easy choice for someone with at least a little experience but turns out im one of many and experience is often not as important as availability

Question 1
Availability is important followed by experience I think
The interview was quick and they hired on the spot. Only talked to one person and the asked very easy questions. They'll make you wait in another room to hear your results.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Albany, OR)
Interview
Basic questions on how you interact with others followed by an easy math test. The process was pretty darn quick and I knew from the get go if I was getting offered a seasonal or full time job.
