30 minute phone interview and two separate hour long interviews with 4 different Directors in total. The phone interview was your basic phone interview. Very pleasant and high level discussion of similar work experience and education. In person interviews were standard Target protocol. Behavioral based questions about times you were in similar roles. All the Directors I met with were cheerful and reassuring. Overall, my single best interview experience to date.
