Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.

It was a pretty straightforward and easy process. It consisted of reading the interview questions and then recording my answers afterwards. I think you had like 3 tries to record and then you would have to submit them. Then afterwards the team reviews your responses.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.

Interview
It was a virtual interview where you answer 6 questions with the last one being a YES/NO question. You have 1 or 2 minutes to prepare an answer for each question and then 2 minutes to answer. You record what you say and it gets sent to Target, no one from Target is there asking you questions.
