I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Wheeling, IL) in Dec 2013
Interview
I went through a 3 step interview process. Each interview has the same structure - a few introductory questions/comments, a series of behavioral questions and an opportunity for me to ask any questions. Two of the interviews were via phone and 1 in person. Before entering the interviews, I had to go through an intensive online profile test and situation behavior type test. The overall interview process was extremely long. They took me through the entire process but did not offer me the position. They were unable to provide any feedback which was unfortunate.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
