First, I applied online through the target website. Then I submitted video (recording) interview to answer a series of questions. Then, I received a phone call and email to accept offer.

Question 1
Name a time when you encountered a challenging situation with a customer.
Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
Filled out on line application and was called same day for phone screen and conditional offer. Signed and accepted offer through on line portal and set up for a training schedule within a day of signed offer.
Very simple interview process back when I interviewed. Applied, got a call shortly after to set up a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview/orientation after the initial interview.
