Target Data Engineer interview questions

Bad experience. Interviewer was very unprofessional and simply doesn't know how to properly judge candidates. Hyper fixated on my past experience. Asking random questions completely unrelated to the job description. Expected much better from a company like Target.

What is the difference between a relational and non-relational database? Can you explain the process of data normalization and why it's important?
