I was initially excited by a possibly challenging interview process. The first hoop was a phone based interview with about 5 different folks at once. Started out great with some good scenario based technical questions but quickly devolved into a "stump-the-chump" type of situation where I was pelted with meaningless tech questions I could easily look up on Google. The funny thing is, I used to use this same approach many years ago when I interviewed candidates for my company, they even hit me with some of the same questions I used in the past so I could tell it was canned. Very disappointing to say the least.
