Initial one hour Zoom with the CTO followed a month later with on-site interviews with the team. The on-site lasted 2.5 hours and consisted of one hour with leadership, one hour with lab members and 30 minutes with the person currently with this job title.

We need this person to completely set up and formalize all company policies and procedures including: HR and pension plan, finance, risk management, facilities, diversity, business development and H1b visa immigration. They also asked for this person to mentor both subordinates and company leadership.
