The interview process started with a written test consisting of 3 programming questions, each around Codeforces 800–900 level difficulty, with a total time limit of 30 minutes. After the test, there was a short technical viva conducted in Banglish (a mix of Bangla and English), where they asked very basic computer science questions along with a few personal ones, such as life goals, future plans, and why I chose CSE. Once selected from that phase, there was a final informal viva with the Chairman. This part was more of a friendly conversation where he asked about my family, hometown, current affairs, recent issues, and some light political topics.
