I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Taciti hiring process, which I believe others should be aware of before engaging with them.
Here’s a summary of my concerns:
1. **Lengthy and Misleading Process**
- After clearing the technical round and a client interview, I was verbally informed that I was shortlisted. They even create corporate email without consent
- The company proceeded to collect **sensitive employment history documents, KYC details (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.), and other confidential data**, giving the impression that an offer was imminent.
2. **Complete Lack of Communication**
- Post submission, there was **zero follow-up**—no updates, no responses to emails, and no clarity on the status.
- The company went completely silent, leaving status in the dark after extracting personal and professional information.
3. **Unethical Data Handling**
- Collecting KYC and employment proofs **before a written offer** is a major red flag.
- This poses a **serious privacy risk**, as sensitive documents could be misused if the hiring process is not transparent.
**Final Warning to Job Seekers:**
- **Do NOT share sensitive documents (KYC, salary proofs, bank details) unless you have a formal offer letter in hand.**
- Avoid companies that demand excessive personal data early in the process without commitment.
- unprofessionalism and ghosting after document collection reflect poorly on their credibility.
**Rating: ⭐ (1/5) – High Risk, Zero Accountability**
I strongly advise candidates to proceed with extreme caution or avoid engaging with this company altogether. Transparency and respect for candidates' privacy should be non-negotiable in recruitment.
**PS:** If the company reaches out later, I will update this review—but as of now, this has been a **waste of time and a potential security risk**.
