3. **Unethical Data Handling**
- Collecting KYC and employment proofs **before a written offer** is a major red flag.
- This poses a **serious privacy risk**, as sensitive documents could be misused if the hiring process is not transparent.

- **Do NOT share sensitive documents (KYC, salary proofs, bank details) unless you have a formal offer letter in hand.**
