I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tableau Software
Interview
Initial phone screening and then asked to prepare a demonstration on the product. I was told this usually takes 3 days prep. I worked hard to learn the solution, put together a demonstration and script as well as learning company information. My interview was with a gentleman who had no interest and looked like he would rather be doing anything but interviewing me.
After nearly a weeks worth of prep HR did not even have the decency to let me have feedback either way. It's a really disgusting way to treat people and from the other interview reviews seems to be happening consistently.
Reputation is everything Tableau, remember that when looking down your noses.

Question 1
How long did you take to prepare your demonstration?
Seven plus interviews including a presentation. First was a screening call with recruiter who focused on company culture and team fit. Next asked about previous sales history including industries sold to and if I hit target.

Interview
Delayed process, significant gaps in between phone screen and various interviews. 6 week total to go through the whole process. Good overall benefits package and company but the interview process needs to be quicker.
