I had an initial 15 minute screening call from HR to discuss the company and role, then I was scheduled for further roughly 45 minute video conference interviews with Senior Legal Officers.

What kinds of discussions are had and resolutions are passed at a shareholder’s meeting?
It's alright. The questions can get technical however a general understanding of the law is sufficient. It's important to do some research prior to the interview as this will assist in understanding the questions.

Tell us about your experience in relation to this position
The first step was a brief phone call with HR that (as they explained) was held to understand if the expectations of the company and of the candidate align. The second step was a video-interview with a manager and an employee from HR. The whole process starting from the phone call with HR took around a month.
