Interview
I passed the first interview and I'm waiting for the second. The interviewer was very clear on how the company works. The interview starts with the interviewer explaining how the company works, then gives you some time to explain your projects listed in the CV to finally close the interview with more details about the company and leaves some time for questions about the company.
I applied through university. I interviewed at TMC (Eindhoven)

Heel amicale aanpak, je wordt telkens uitgenodigd op kantoor voor een gezellig gesprek. Hierin wordt kennis gemaakt tussen beide partijen en worden de pijlers van TMC uitgelegd. Indien het gesprek voor beide partijen goed ging, wordt je nog uitgenodigd voor volgende gesprekken en al redelijk wat events om het bedrijf beter te leren kennen.
Not transparent about job, expectations, compensations. I have no prior experience to compare it to so it should be taken with a grain of salt. The answers when the topic came up seemed to deliberately avoid clarity.
