Simple and straightforward interview process with standard questions like “tell me about yourself,” along with a few behavioural questions about past experiences and customer service situations. The interviewer was friendly and the process was well organized. Overall, the entire interview process took about a week to complete from application to final decision.

Very lengthy i felt like some questions could've been skipped because I ended up repeating myself as the same thing was being asked over and over, but overall friendly environment and great experience.

What would you do if there was a fire during a busy time like Christmas time?
i initially applied online but learned that the company was hosting a hiring event(?) where you can just walk in and submit your resume. i believe this was around september(?) they usually do this a couple months a year (may, september, february(?)) they'll let you know a week or so their hiring decision.

Pretty straight forward. One interview in person with the store manager. I was asked basic questions like what's your strengths and weaknesses, scenario based questions, any customer service experience and why do you want to work here just basic stuff
