Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. It did take some time to get started and in for an interview but went well. I interviewed with 2 managers and was offered a position the same day.

Why TJMaxx ? Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer. What did you do ? How did you handle it?
Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.
series of basic but informartive questions about person and how they fit into the culture and environment at the workplace. nothing crazy just simple basic questions. was with a store manager
It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
