It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.

I was taken to a back room, asked a few basic questions about customer service and teamwork, and then I had to fill out paperwork even though I ultimately did not get hired.

Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
