I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Very basic questions about past jobs and a few scenarios of "Name a time when...". Went over dress code and a few policies. Asked about availability and if I was able to work weekends. Talked about moving up in the company and how it's done from within.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work.
very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.
It was a pretty basic interview, they asked all the typical interview questions. Got me in and out and were super nice. They said to dress business casual and gave me time to ask any questions I had
Professional and engaging interview process. The staff was welcoming as I visited the local store. They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
