Interview
Came in for an interview about a week after handing in my application. It was very casual and relaxed. The manager joked around a lot and asked basic questions. A few days later I got a call to come back for orientation which took two days and then two weeks later I was put on the schedule. You start at minimum wage unless you negotiate a higher rate of pay.

Question 1
Explain a time you had to solve a problem in the work place.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
