I received a phone call for the interview. Got there early and asked for the manager. The interview was speedy and I finished the hiring process within an hour. It was a quick process, but it might have been speedier than usual since the holiday season is really busy and they need a lot of help
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
