I was selected for a skills based test, then I was called for a telephone interview first , then physical interview consisting of a panel of managers. Interview was about 45 minutes long.

Interview
It starts off with phone interview after a few weeks there is a group interview. If you pass both stages they do a criminal record check as well as your pass employers if they are real or not.

Customer-focused with behavioural questions nothing technical or difficult just be confident and show interest. I am still not at 30 words I am just trying to fill in as much as I can now as there is not much more for me to add to this

Tell me a time you had to balance two tasks at the same time?
It takes several steps. First, there was a simulation and a personality test. Then, you received a phone call interview which last about 30mins. After that, there was a video interview with managers. Most of the questions are behaviour questions.
