Know what the STAR rating is. Know what C,C,Q,R,T is on the shield in the main lobby. One phone interview and one face to face interview with the team leads and manager. The whole process took less than a week total from phone interview to finalized offer.

Interview was quick and easy. Standard questions. I met with the two team leads, none of us are no longer with the company. Nothing impressive or stood out about the interview. They are all about the same.

Came through a contract agency they seemed despreate ! They wanted me to start with two days and had to think about if it was ok for me to attend a funeral if it was ok. They couldn't Settle on a start day prolong my starting . I started before background test came back.
