I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sysco in Jun 2016
Interview
Had the initial phone interview. Lots of questions about my experience. There were also questions about how you would handle certain situations that could arise. Total interview lasted about 20/25 minutes. The lady doing the interview, Marilyn was very professional and courteous. Have to wait to hear back on an in person interview with at least two more company reps.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sysco (Abilene, TX)
Interview
Direct and formal interview, very professional and engaging. I felt that the interview laid out a realistic outlook of the job and it’s requirements. Not very long or bland it actually provided insight into the job.

It was fine but seemed rushed at times. I spoke with many members of the team and it went well with many. In comparison to other interview processes, it was less structured.
