I interviewed with Synergy recently, and whilst the first stage was positive, my final interview with a member of the senior leadership team felt very different. I felt the tone was unnecessarily harsh and somewhat dismissive, and I was left feeling judged rather than evaluated. There was little information shared about the company or role itself, and the focus was mainly on questioning my motivations.
Candidates want to feel engaged and informed in an interview, and unfortunately I didn't leave with a good impression of the company culture.
