Swim N Sport interview questions

Had applied for manager got there for her to tell me they’re only actually hiring for keyholder but they need someone now so I can have the job if I want it.

I was asked scenarios of situations, I would give my feedback how I would handle the situation. We interviewed at Cozi's for about an hour. She asked if I was willing to work over my 43 hours that is required for managers. I said yes. When the store is not busy are you willing to work open to close when it is slow we expect our managers to be the only ones in store. She explained she has had nothing but trouble with this store, nobody taken deposits on time, people not opening the store.
