Disorganized interview process that ended up costing my time.
Had first interview set for 08/15/2024 on Google Meet, there was no one logged in the Google Meet call at the set time and date. I received a phone call from the number in the job listing 15 minutes after the scheduled interview time and was told Google Meet is just for calendar reminders and not actually used for calls. There was a second interview set for today 08/19/2024, on Google Meet. I waited for a phone call that never happened, after an hour passed I texted the phone number and was texted back “No, I've been logged in waiting I had to move on the role-play was at 4 pm CST”
If this company is this disorganized just for the interview process I cannot imagine how disorganized it must be with its insured/clients.
Think twice before considering working for this company.
The first interview process is not difficult but there are steps that are requested to fulfill to even receive the first call. A lot of information but if someone will listen to the instructions and how to go further to the second interview its just as simple.
