I didn't really get to the interview. Before the interview you have to submit several videos answering some questions regarding desired salary, experience, etc. I think it's a good filter, but if you just say something wrong then you're not going to make it to the interview. I think I asked for a too high salary and didn't make it pass that.

The interview process was great. I was met by a supportive interviewer who asked professional questions. I was first interviewed by an AI bot and after passing the initial screening, I had to undergo another interview with a human talent coach.
The hiring process have several steps which are average, but the thing I liked is how quick it is to hire, it can take up to 2 weeks to finish everything

Easy to understand just having a littile experience can really boost you in this process tho ive seen people with no experience still getting it so just keep trying and good luck guys
