Interview
The interview process consist of a short technical aptitude test. After that they will quiz you on basic networking, windows operating system functions, troubleshooting, and virus related questions.

The most difficult question for PTE's will be on viruses specifically rootkit related. For BTE's it will be windows small business server related questions.
