Interview
Was part normal interview part test. The tech knowledge test was useless. Questions asked were about 10 year old viruses or questions related to windows xp and vista. The job title was for chat, yet once hired you find out that it was also 3 other companies with direct to customer phone calls. Were promised quarterly shift bids, only had 1 bid in the 2 years there. Was nothing but useless inquiries and lies.
Online application and technical skill assessment asking basic questions on troubleshooting specific issues with the provided flowchart of what is and isn't in-scope of what the employee is allowed/able to do before suggesting an alternative. Email to choose best time for over the phone interview.
