Applied online, received an email asking me to schedule an interview on the phone. Phone interview was about 30 minutes and involved Role-playing which was a little tough. Scenarios were upselling a feature of services and I can't remember the other one, but they were both awkward and I didn't feel like I did very well but stayed positive and it worked out.
