I successfully pass their training program and my profile was generated. It takes forever to get hired by a client. 11 months and nothing yet. It's unfortunate because there is no feedback on how often your profile is viewed or what can be done to improve it

Interview
You will have to do a technical test at first with common troubleshooting questions. After that you will be asked to film a few videos including a presentation about yourself, then answering some troubleshooting questions such as: How would you explain DCHP to a non technical person. Once this is done your will be scheduled for a VM test with around 10 scenarios. It will take about a month to get an offer from a client given that you pass everything. Then the interview with the client with common questions like: how do you handle escalations on a weekend. After serveral days while they sort out an offer with the client and let you know. Overall it may take 1-2 months
