A SupWiz employee reached out to me and pursued me to apply, as they claimed I seem to be an ideal candidate for them. I did apply and I soon had an interview, where the interviewer was a bit inexperienced, but generally nice. A little while later I also got an invitation for a second round. At the end of the interview I was told they have to talk to everybody, so I should expect an answer in 3-4 weeks, which is quite long, but I accepted it. I unfortunately never heard from them again, only after I wrote an email asking about the result. Even though they reached out to me to apply, they did not bother to send a rejection email afterwards
